Jacob Eisenberg
Jacob Eisenberg is an American Patent Attorney and an Attorney at Law. He is also mid-way through his European Patent Attorney qualifications. Mr. Eisenberg has extensive experience in all aspects of patent law in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, physics, software and medical devices.

As Head of Intellectual Property for major international corporations, Mr. Eisenberg has over 15 years’ managerial experience leading teams in all phases of the intellectual property function, including: developing and implementing global IP strategies; fostering talented teams of IP professionals; creating asset based IP portfolios; performing risk assessments and valuations; heading multi-jurisdictional patent litigations; leading trademark enforcements and technical counter-measures; and personally prosecuting patent and trademarks before the USPTO, EPO, EUIPO and DPMA.
With his corporate executive experience, Mr. Eisenberg entered private practice to provide strategic IP counseling and a one stop shop covering all matters relating to national and international IP preparation and prosecution with an eye towards value creation. Mr. Eisenberg also provides legal opinions and freedom to operate studies.
